My name is Trent Varva, Collections Coordinator for the Michigan Laborers Fringe Benefit Funds Joint Delinquency Committee (JDC).
I help ensure that our members fringe benefits are submitted on time and in full so they do not experience any disruptions in the services they work hard for every day out on the job site.
As a member of Laborers Local 499, having worked in the field myself, I know how important these benefits are to our members and their families and how those benefits help to improve their lives. All workers deserve the security that comes with Healthcare, Pension, and other benefits, and our Union contracts ensure our members get them.
