En asociaci\u00f3n con el Instituto de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Aprendizaje de los Trabajadores de Michigan (MLTAI), comunicaremos la importancia del aprendizaje y asistiremos a eventos a lo largo de la semana que destacan la beneficios para los educadores, las empresas y las comunidades.<br><br>Un aprendizaje con los Obreros ofrece un modelo de capacitaci\u00f3n de &quot;gana mientras aprendes&quot; que combina el aprendizaje basado en el trabajo con la ense\u00f1anza en el aula relacionada utilizando los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de la industria. Actualmente hay m\u00e1s de 2500 aprendices de trabajadores de la construcci\u00f3n inscritos en el programa.
